Set looking across the bay in the super seaside village of Saundersfoot, this fantastic detached residence is the perfect holiday destination. A short walk takes you down to the sandy Glen beach, which adjoins the harbour in the centre of the village. There is a whole host of shops, pubs and restaurants and an even longer stretch of sandy beach that heads towards Wisemans Bridge and Amroth. Tenby with its cobbled streets and golden sands is only a short drive away and is well worth a visit. Many attractions within a short drive include Manor House Wildlife Park, Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park. Nearby Manorbier, Carew and Pembroke also worth a visit, offering stunning historic castles.

Entering the property into the entrance hall, with high ceiling, creating an extremely light and airy space, you are immediately struck by the quality of the contemporary refurbishment completed in 2018. On the ground floor you will find the five bedrooms. A king-size with TV, doors to the rear garden and en-suite shower room with shower and WC, followed by another king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC and a twin zip-and-link (that can be made up as a super-king-size on request) with TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC, both facing towards the front of the property. The further two bedrooms are a king-size and a single, both with TVs and lovely views. Completing this floor there is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Head upstairs to the first floor where you are greeted by simply wonderful views of the bay, at high tide you will be just metres from the sea. The lounge/kitchen/diner has been thoughtfully designed to provide clear zones but a seamless transition from one to another. The kitchen area is well-equipped with two electric ovens and hob, wine cooler, two dishwashers, American fridge/freezer and microwave. The dining area also has stunning views and is the perfect backdrop to your morning coffee or evening meal. The lounge area has a TV with Netflix provided, all framed by stylish and comfortable sofas. Sliding doors open onto a large balcony with outdoor lounge seating. There is also a separate sitting room for the younger guests, with a TV with Netflix, board games and fun seating and a separate WC.

Heading outside to the enclosed garden you'll find your own private hot tub on the patio, garden furniture and BBQ, all benefitting from the lovely sea views. The perfect place to relax after a long day and enjoy a spot of al fresco dining. There is a utility room accessed from here with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is parking for 3 cars.

A very well-appointed and equipped house enjoyed by 4 couples. The location is ideal, being walking distance to Saundersfoot. We also walked to Tenby in one direction and Arboth in the other. Such a beautiful house and clearly a lot of care and expense has gone in to the refurbishment. Saundersfoot has much to offer and is a great base.

Our second visit. The house is fabulous. Very well organised and ideal for our extended family of 7 plus 2 little ones. The house is extremely well equipped. It is in a great location close to the beach and not far from the town centre. Certainly recommend.

We had a wonderful family holiday. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The location is perfect for walking the children down to the beach. The hot tub was enjoyed by the adults and the garden was great for the small children.

A perfect home in a perfect location, only a few minutes walk to the beach and a short stroll down the hill to the shops and restaurants. I cant recommend this enough!

Beautiful house perfect for family, we brought games but there were lots provided. The hill was quite steep but although puffed out first walk got better with practice. Def need a car for those not stable. Beds really comfortable we all slept well 6 adults 2 children. Clean area loads of coffee shops and restaurants. Our second stay at Lexden and loved it again. The owners provide very comprehensive information and are intent on your stay being as perfect as possible. The location is stunning, the veranda is the perfect spot, no matter what the weather, as you sit and stare at the ever changing vista with sky and sea. A beautiful house. The furnishings and fittings and equipment were first rate. The space is generous and the three couples each valued having their own bathroom. The house was ideal for the two children too.

Lexden is a very comfortable, well equipped and truly lovely house. Sitting on the balcony with the wonderful view of the sea with morning coffee and evening cocktails was memorable. Set in a wonderful location, with a little walk to the beach, and lots of places to explore it was a super holiday. We all loved our time there.

Lexden is an absolutely fantastic holiday house in a great location. The house is laid out extremely well, with the 5 bedrooms on the ground floor, 3 with ensuite and the other 2 close to the family bathroom. Upstairs the open plan living area is great. What a fantastic place. We want to come again and have recommended it to everyone we know. Everywhere there are great touches that highlight the time and effort taken to make it such a one -off. I would highly recommend this property. It is in a fantastic location, a short walk into the charming village of Saundersfoot, within walking distance of Tenby, and with a great sea view! We would definitely go book again!!
