This semi-detached exquisite property sits on the edge of a small, quiet development of properties just moments away from the sandy beach at Broad Haven. It is an excellent base for families and friends looking for a coastal retreat, with everything right on your doorstep. This wonderful property has been decorated to a high standard throughout, with attention to detail being key. The delightful village has eateries, shops and pubs all within walking distance. The beach is a haven for families and water sports enthusiasts and the coastal path is a must for walkers. With plenty of places to visit such as the nearby Blue Lagoon and Oakwood, Wales’ largest theme park, within a short drive.

As you enter this property, you will be blown away by its exquisite and unique décor, the entrance hallway is beautifully decorated and is the perfect space to kick of your walking boots or flip flops after a busy day exploring. To the right of the entrance hallway you will find the first of the bedrooms, a spacious super-king size bedroom with added en-suite walk in shower and WC. This light and airy room is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a good night’s rest. As you continue your stroll through the entrance hallway along the corridor, you will find yourself at the second king-size bedroom again this spacious room is the perfect place to relax. Directly opposite this second bedroom you will find the family bathroom, this room is a sanctuary and has been tastefully decorated with shower over bath and added luxury of TV to enjoy whilst having a hot soak. To complete the ground floor, you will find the third bedroom, a cosy bunk room (with additional pull out trundle bed if required) with views over the garden area. These bunk beds are full size and suitable for adults. As you head up the stairs you will enter the fabulous kitchen/lounge/diner this spacious area has been decorated and styled with the utmost attention to detail. The kitchen area is a culinary dream, with lots of work space and added facilities to include electric oven and hob, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a large breakfast bar-style area with seating to enjoy a home cooked meal together. The lounge area is a beautiful space with lots of character and added warming wood-burner, perfect for those winter nights. There is ample comfy seating for all guests with stylish leather sofas to sit back and enjoy a good book or to enjoy watching a programme on the Smart TV/DVD, this room is the perfect social space to enjoy and get everyone together. To complete the first floor you will find the “tower” super-king size bedroom, this room is truly unique, as you lie in the comfort of your own bed, you will be able to enjoy star gazing as the owners have added a glass panel in the ceiling for added attention to detail.

Heading outside you will have a selection of different areas to enjoy. The property enjoys a small private gravelled area to the side of the cottage with added garden furniture to enjoy a pot of tea in the morning sun. You will also have access to your own private sun deck which is accessed via an external spiral staircase which boasts un interrupted sea views and garden furniture the perfect spot to relax after a busy day exploring and to complete the outdoor space the property also has access to communal grounds and gardens to walk around and explore with communal BBQ areas.

A very comfortable and well equipped cottage. We were three generations of family and it worked well for all of us. Easy access to the beach and good sized garden for the children.

Reviewed by Barbara 10th June 2024 Beautiful cottage with it's unique decor in a fantastic location, close to beach, bars and cafes. The roof terrace was a big hit with all the family. I would highly recommend this cottage/location, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely house in a great location, very close to the beach and the coastal path. Well equipped with everything one needs to a have a very enjoyable holiday. Would strongly recommend if you like beach/coastal walks. A couple of decent restaurants/cafes nearby. Five stars

Fantastic situation,easy walk to beach and centre. High quality furnishings, equipment and very comfortable beds. Roof terrace with great views of the sea and surrounding areas was an added bonus. Good parking available.

Lovely accommodation, very well equiped, very good location, easy parking, walking distance to the beach and nearby shop. Booking agency very helpful, ten out of ten all round.

We had a brilliant stay at Seaesta. The cottage is well equipped for a family. The extra thoughts make the difference - like the heated clothes airer which was useful to dry wet clothes after a walk to the beach! The village is lovely, with a good pub, cafe and shop. Wed happily return for another holiday.
