A super detached coastal holiday home with stunning views straight out to sea and an enviable location as a fantastic destination anytime of the year for families and couples alike. Just a short stroll from a beautiful sandy beach, pretty harbour and a fine selection of shops and eateries its also just a short drive or scenic cycle ride from the charming Victorian seaside town of LLandudno which boasts a myriad of family attractions including the longest pier in Wales, a theatre, a cable car to the Great Orme Summit, open bus tours and a wide range of shops and restaurants. Great day outs in the Snowdonia national park with its excellent selection of outdoor pursuits and fabulous mountain scenery is also easily accessible.

Enter this fabulous coastal property into a spacious entrance hall and step through into the superb open-plan kitchen/diner with stunning coastal views, The kitchen is very well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, coffee machine and dishwasher, a large island divides the kitchen from the dining area where the table takes center stage and a TV, from here double doors take you into the lounge with comfortable sofas, a cosy wood burner and large patio doors out on to the enclosed rear garden. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, door to the rear garden and a separate WC. There are two ground floor bedrooms both with king-size beds, one room has fabulous sea views whilst the second has garden views and an en-suite shower room and WC. Completing the ground floor is the family bathroom with a feature oval bath and WC. Head upstairs and you will find two further bedrooms a king-size with TV and a twin along with a shower room with shower and WC, all the rooms on this floor have sloping ceilings and velux windows.

Outside there is a large enclosed garden to the rear, with a patio and lawn, whilst at the front the lawned garden has spectacular views over the bay. There is off road parking for two cars , but please be aware that the driveway is sloping and narrow, there is always plenty of parking available just outside on the road.

Our third visit. Fantastic, well equipped and comfortable. Perfect for our family reunion. Lots of space and separate bathrooms for each family. Great location, overlooking the beach.

We stayed here in early June this year and we had a delightful time, although the weather was very cold and wet! We were very thankful for the wood burner in the lounge which made cosy evenings. The whole property is very comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen with high quality appliances. All the bedrooms were very comfortable and airy. TheRead more location is ideal for touring the local areas. Ample parking for up to 3 cars even if the driveway is a little narrow. Recommend it. Hide

Great location with lovely sea views. Well equipped and plenty of space. Drive a bit steep and narrow at bottom, but once you get used to it its fine.

Beautiful location and house, we were a large family group aged 1 to 61 and thoroughly enjoyed our week (even though the weather wasn't always kind). Contrary to other reviews, the drive is plenty wide enough for all cars if you take care. There is easily space for 3 cars and there was always space for parking on road outside the property. The faciRead morelities are excellent and the view from the comfy chairs to the seafront were outstanding. The beds were comfortable and the area quiet. Wonderful. Hide

A comfortable holiday cottage in a great location, the view of the beach is amazing, we will definitely miss the morning sunrises. So many family friendly activities either in walking distance or a short drive. I am sure we will be back again soon.
