Walk through to the stylish kitchen complementing the period charm of the house. The spacious kitchen has all you need to prepare a delicious meal with the Range electric oven and hob, microwave, Smeg fridge/freezer and the dishwasher and a 18th century dairy table as an island. Walk back through to the utility room with Belfast sink and washing machine/dryer and access to the garden. Around the corner is the creatively designed shower room with walk in shower and WC, just perfect for a leisurely start to the day. After dinner relax in the lounge by the glow of the fire or go through to the cosy snug with sofa and armchairs, feature fireplace, wood burner and Smart TV for a relaxing movie night. As you head up the staircase, there are three beautiful bedrooms with exposed beams to choose from: one with the super-king-size bed with a beautiful 400 year old oak floor, the stylish contemporary double with stable door to the garden or the lovely twin. All three have gorgeous bed linen and soft towels. Lastly, on this floor you will find the delightful bathroom with bath and WC, run the bath, lie back, relax and enjoy the countryside views.

The house sits in the centre of the large garden with hot tub, patio, attractive stone walls, established borders and lawn. The paved patio and pergola have a slate table, chairs and charcoal BBQ, just perfect for alfresco dining, relaxing and embracing the wonderful surroundings and views. The hot tub situated in the perfect spot allowing you to embrace the magical views. Ample parking in the garden. Lockable bike rack in the old pig house. Beyond the enclosed garden, wonder down to the small private lake with firepit and log seating, perfect for sunsets and surrounded by wildlife and flowers.

Beautiful old farmhouse cottage tucked away for total privacy but a few miles from lovely pubs and Conwy a 10 minute drive. Kitchen has all the amenities you need with a great fridge freezer. The snug was a gorgeous cwtch for evening relaxing by the log burner.

We absolutey loved our stay at the cottage! It's is delightfully appointed, with a well equipped kitchen that made us feel at home. The interior is beautiful as the outside and we loved spending afternoons snuggled by the fireplace.

Idyllic family escape in North Wales! The cottage was the perfect home base for our family adventure. Cosy cottage with everything we needed (cots & highchair included!). Magical evenings toasting marshmallows by the pond, and breathtaking views from the hot tub. Conwy Valley farmhouse is in a lovely spot. The cottage is very cosy and sympathetically decorated. It has heaps of character but with all the necessary modern comforts. The cake left us by the owners was a thoughtful touch. The hot tub was great! We loved it.

This farm cottage is a real gem. Located with fabulous view. Well equipped and beautifully presented. It was just for two of us but would easily be comfortable for more. Hot tub in a great location to enjoy the view. All around, a brilliant property situated in a location with easy access to North Wales.

Absolutely beautifully restored property and its clear so much care and attention has gone into making the farmhouse a homely and comfortable place for guests to stay. Its great to stay somewhere with enough crockery etc to be used and have some in the dishwasher, the kitchen was really well equipped, as was the rest of the house. Conwy Farmhouse is a fantastic holiday cottage. Very peaceful (just sheep for company really) but well positioned for lots of great areas, including Anglesey, Caernarfon, Llyn peninsula and Snowdonia to name but a few. It has been beautifully renovated to give lots of modern conveniences, whilst retaining so much if its character! Wonderful well equipped farmhouse in a stunning, tranquil yet convenient location for exploring this area of North Wales. The hop tub and firepit are a real bonus. Having the separate snug and a shower room and bathroom was perfect for us as we were travelling with our adult daughter and friend. We had a wonderful stay at the cottage!! It was so cozy and the beds were super comfy after a long day off exploring. The quietness of only sheep for neighbours was perfect. We would also like to thank for the owners for our lovely cake and warm welcome , always on hand if needed. Thank you again , we hope to return.

A beautiful restoration in a lovely location. Definitely one of the best holiday homes I've rented, it is modern where it needs to be while retaining character and features that are centuries old. The house itself is in a remote location but there are a few pubs with 30-45 minute walk and Conwy is only a 10 minute drive. We loved the peace and the Read morelambs in the fields. Hide

This is a gem of a place in a beautiful part of North Wales. Gorgeous to look at and extremely comfortable too. Shower hot tubbreakfastquite the morning upgrade! Loved evenings in the snug with the wood burner and a glass of wine. You couldnt wish for a better base to explore Anglesey and Snowdonia. Perfect!

Undoubtedly a beautiful cottage in a peaceful location. If you need peace and quiet and just want to chill, and perhaps observe the wandering sheep in the adjacent fields, this is the place for you. Had an amazing 5 days with my family ages ranging from 3 1/2 to 81years!! Couldnt get a more beautiful setting and hosts were always on hand when you need them. Beds were lovely and comfortable and there was nothing you could have needed!! Cant wait to go back.

This is a fabulous cottage. Very clean with everything youre going to need for a great holiday. We loved sitting outside and we even got to build a fire and toast marshmallows. This is a great cottage and an ideal location for creating memories from stargazing, watching the lambs and sheep, fun in the hot tub to fabulous local food and activities. Just returned from a wonderful stay. The cottage is in a beautiful setting with amazing views surrounded by fields and rolling Welsh countryside. We went with our daughter and grandchildren.
