This spacious top-floor apartment is ideal for families looking for a seaside holiday where everything you could need is within half a mile. Tenby North Beach is less than 480 metres away from the apartment building, and the town centre is just half a mile away; visit Tenby Castle or the National Trust’s Tudor Merchant’s House for a day of history or hop on the ferry to Caldey Island’s Priory Bay (3.5 miles by ferry and on foot) where lush green vegetation and a sandy beach await you. Further afield, there’s lots of fun to be had at Pembroke Castle and Oakwood Theme Park (both 11 miles), or head to Good Trails (4 miles) where you can take stand-up paddle boarding lessons.
As you head up to the top floor of the apartment building via the lift or stairs, you’ll find the front door opens into a small hallway where you can walk through to the open-plan living area. Large windows and sliding doors offer magnificent views of the sea. Sit at the dining table for meals before heading out to the balcony with your after-dinner drink. At the other end of the room, comfortable sofas are placed around the TV so you can all sit as a family in the evenings or enjoy the view in the morning with your coffee and the papers. In the kitchen a large window looks out over open countryside and Tenby town. You’ll find an electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher to make mealtimes easy and there’s also a washing machine in here so there’s no need to worry about getting muddy or sandy. The double bedroom has wonderful sea views. In the second bedroom you’ll find 1 sets of 2’ 6” bunk beds, a handy basin and views over the town. The stylish bathroom has a shower over the bath so you can wake up with a refreshing shower or wind down in the evening with a relaxing soak.
Outside the apartment building you will find a shared lawn. Across the road, there’s a lovely, landscaped public garden with steps leading straight down to North Beach. Usually the caretaker can issue a permit for one car in the car park per flat, but this isn’t always possible; you may find on-street parking or there is a public car park half a mile away (300 metres on foot).
