This gorgeous property is perfect for groups that want a relaxing base to return to on their holidays in one of Wales’ most iconic seaside towns.

This fabulous property is the ideal holiday home for families looking to explore Tenby and the coast and countryside nearby. South Beach is just 500 metres away while the much-photographed North Beach is only half a mile away and you’ll see Goscar Rock rearing out of the sand. The town centre, which is traffic-free during July and August, is just under half a mile away and you’ll find plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants to suit your tastes. Further afield, the Dinosaur Park (3 miles) will go down a treat with the children, as will Manor House Wildlife Park (3.5 miles). Take a trip to Priory Bay on Caldey Island by ferry from Tenby Harbour (0.5 miles) which is backed by lush Mediterranean-style greenery.

Leave coats and shoes in the entrance hall before heading into the bright and airy open-plan living area. The space is filled with light thanks to a large bay window. Comfortable sofas arranged around the TV and gas fire make it a sociable space, and the dining table can be pulled out from the wall to seat five. Glossy white cabinets and spotlighting in the kitchen area make it easy to cook meals here; there’s a gas hob with electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher as well as a handy washer/dryer. There’s also a separate WC on the ground floor. Up on the first floor, a peaceful twin bedroom is perfect for children or adults and has a hanging rail for clothes as well as drawers. There’s also a compact single room with fresh interiors and hanging space and drawers, while the final room on this floor is a shower room with a spacious walk-in shower and stylish neutral-coloured tiles. On the second floor, the main bedroom benefits from lots of light from the roof windows and has a double bed, TV and comfortable seating. It also has an en-suite with a bath that’s decorated in contrasting dark and light tones; just watch your head on the sloping ceiling at one end of the bath.

This property was very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for town and the beaches, everything is within walking distance. Its also very convenient for the supermarket. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and there were lots of games to keep the children occupied. Great location, just a few minutes walk from South Beach and Sainsburys. 10 minutes to town centre shops, bars and restaurants. It's very easy to stay here and not need to use your car. The cottage is well equipped with good kitchen and comfy lounge. Bath and shower both good too. Good location. Off street parking is definitely a plus. The layout of the cottage is very good. Generally a very happy time spent there. Only thing is we need to arrange the bin to be collected via Holiday Cottage Tenby Office as the bin man would not collect them. It overflew for couple of days because the bin was full when we arrived. Couple of oRead morether problems with cookers and extract fans in the toilet which now are reported. Hope itll be fixed soon. Overall house in excellent location, but in need of a deep clean and maintenance/updating on the first two floors. Unfortunately on arrival house not cleaned to the standard expected for a holiday cottage, requiring cleaner to come back in to do further clean. Stains up walls, stains on carpets, bed slat in smallest bedroom broken, both curtain raiRead morels in bedrooms coming away from walls, rusty lavatory brushes. Hide
