Close to an 18-hole golf course, the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and South Beach, this lovely house makes a fantastic holiday home for a family wanting to relax in the beautiful coastal resort of Tenby. This welcoming town is known for its medieval walls, ruined castle, Victorian fort, historic buildings and glorious beaches, all within half a mile of the property. The town is also renowned for its fabulous variety of friendly pubs, excellent restaurants and cheerful cafes. Activities include water sports, sea fishing, quad biking and boat trips out to Caldey Island. Other local attractions include Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (6.5 miles), Oakwood Theme Park (11.5 miles), Heatherton World of Activities and Manor Wildlife Park (both 4 miles).

The open-plan lounge is a lovely calm space, with two 'zones'. The TV area has large comfy sofas, a wood-burner effect gas fire, and a big bay window to the front. The reading area has a gorgeous sofa, bookshelves, original art-work, and a real fire, with patio doors out to the rear walled-garden, with festoon lighting and large hot-tub. The bright and open kitchen/diner is well-equipped with a gas range oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and further patio doors leading to a large garden table, perfect for al fresco meals or drinks. Stairs lead up to the first floor. where you will find a twin bedroom as well as two stylish shower rooms, each complete with a basin, shower and WC. A further short flight of stairs leads you to the second floor where there are three further bedrooms, with original feature fireplaces. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and views towards the bay and Tenby golf-course. There's also a spacious double bedroom, looking out to the rear garden, and a charming single room.

Stepping outside, the pretty front garden has a small seating area ideal for enjoying a morning coffee. The walled back garden features a hot tub, lawn, patio, BBQ and outdoor furniture, making it a great spot for sharing al fresco meals. After a busy day enjoy the luxury of a soak in the hot tub. South Beach, Tenby Golf Course and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path are all within a short walk.

  • This property has the benefit of residents' parking bays opposite the house. The owners will apply for one visitor parking permit, on your behalf, which must be processed 21 days before the date of your stay. The permit does not guarantee a parking space. For other vehicles there is free on-street parking bays about 50 metres from the property or there is also a payable car park within a few minutes walk.

  • 1 dog allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £30. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

The accommodation was spacious, well furnished and equipped and comfortable. A short walk to the town centre.

A lovely house in a delightful and quite central position in this beautiful town. Every contact we have had with the owners and cleaning staff have shown them to be friendly, helpful and efficient.

Perfect family accommodation in a quiet picturesque area of Tenby . The grand kids and mum and dad , and nana and grampy spent lots of time in the hot tub and the beach . The owner also applied for a residence car pass for us which was very handy for parking outside .

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The young adults in our group especially enjoyed the use of the jacuzzi, and the houses walking distance to the beach and town centre meant everyone could be independent.
