Step out from this apartment, which sleeps up to five guests and a baby, and wander down to the harbour to watch the boats coming in and out. Take a 200m walk up Castle Hill for even more dramatic views and to see the remains of the 12th-century castle. Pack a beach bag and head down on to North Beach, less than 100m away, to make sandcastles or swim in the sea. Spend afternoons pottering in Tenby’s shops and galleries and book a table in one of its many restaurants when you feel like eating out. Head out into the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park around Tenby, for long walks through the countryside and along the cliffs or hire a bicycle to go for a ride. Visit dune-backed Manorbier Beach, 6 miles away, if you enjoy surfing or hire a kayak, paddleboard or jet ski closer to home in Tenby.
Make your way up to the first floor of the building to find airy accommodation with a wealth of period features. Step into the hallway, where an impressive Welsh dresser contains books, games, and puzzles, then head on through to the lounge/diner, which has a beautiful bay window that captures the far-reaching sea views. Return home after days out to unwind infront of the large Smart/HD TV, which has Freeview, choose a film for the DVD/Blu ray player or listen to music via the iPod dock. At mealtimes, find the kitchen, with electric hob, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, high-quality cooking equipment and utensils, has everything a chef could wish for. Find a cupboard in the hallway is equipped with a washer/dryer and freezer. Wander through to the bedrooms, where one, which has a large bay window and excellent sea views, features a four-poster double bed. The other has twin beds and a pull-out (normal height) single bed. This room also has a large TV for use with PlayStation 3 games console and games (no aerial connection). There is a shower room, with monsoon shower, and WC, plus a handy cloakroom with WC.
Guests may park in the multi-storey car-park near Sainsbury's. This is not a reserved bay and the permit (pick up from and return to the apartment) must be displayed.
