This apartment sleeps six guests, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends. Nestled amongst trees, the property has a peaceful setting, yet is less than 1 mile from the town centre.

The stylish apartment, once part of a former gentleman’s residence, exudes grandeur, with high ceilings and elaborate features. You’ll have access to a private garden, with a large lawn and ample room for children to play and adults to relax in the sunshine. Take a stroll down to the picturesque harbour, where you can book a fishing trip or catch a boat over to the tranquil island of Caldey. There are some fantastic family-friendly attractions within 4 miles, including Heatherton World of Activities, Manor House Wildlife Park and the Dinosaur Park.

A private lane leads to the beautiful 19th-century property. Enter the apartment via a set of steps into the tiled entrance hall, where there’s ample room to store all your outdoor gear. Large bay windows allow plenty of natural light to flood into the chic lounge/diner, with its stunning wooden floor and beautiful soft furnishings. Relax on the stylish sofas in front of the ornamental fireplace which surrounds a cosy coal-effect gas fire. Curl up with a good book or enjoy a film on the SkyTV/DVD. The round dining table fits perfectly into one of the bay windows, allowing you to admire the fabulous views over the garden during mealtimes. The modern galley kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. All three bedrooms are tastefully decorated and in keeping with the period of the house. The first bedroom is a king-size, with built-in wardrobes and drawers; the second is a double, again with storage space as well as an en-suite shower room with WC. The final bedroom is a twin with two single beds and has hanging space and drawers. At the end of a busy day, run yourself a bubble bath in the stylish bathroom, which also houses the apartment’s second WC.

Patio doors lead from the lounge/diner to the private and enclosed outdoor space, throw these open on a warm day and enjoy some indoor/outdoor living. The sunny garden is a truly tranquil spot. Dine alfresco at the outdoor furniture on the patio whilst enjoyng the calming surroundings. There’s also a pretty fishpond which is covered. Off-road parking is available for two cars.

An excellent accommodation, spacious with a lovely garden, good for large family and multi generation holiday, the children loved it.

We had such a lovely stay. The apartment is beautifully presented and very well equipped and being so close to the centre of Tenby with two allocated car parking spaces was a real plus. We can't wait for our next visit. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spacious and comfy. Location was good - only 10-15 minutes walk to town/beach. We have stayed at this apartment before and would highly recommend it.

We have had the best week in Tenby and loved every minute of our stay at No. 1 St Marys. The apartment is far more lovely and spacious than the photos show. It is full of beautiful original features and is huge! The garden is enclosed and perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and games for the kids. It is well equipped with everything you might need iRead morencluding beach chairs. We will definitely be back thank you for a lovely holiday! Hide

A spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment in a brilliant location. We loved sitting outside in the lovely garden for our meals. It was an easy 10 minute walk into Tenby - not a level walk, but our 80 year old mums could still manage the short but steep hill. A great holiday was had by all!
