Quaint family holiday cottage positioned on a quiet side street yet within easy reach of all that Tenby has to offer

The property is perfectly situated on a side street in Tenby just outside its famous town walls, with all amenities within walking distance. The supermarket is less than two hundred yards away and the town centre can be reached within 300 yards. Tenby town centre is bursting with independent shops, bars and restaurants giving you plenty to see and do come rain or shine. North Beach is just 700 yards away where you can enjoy a day on the vast golden sand looking out towards Goscar Rock and the iconic harbour.

As you enter the property you are welcomed into an inviting porch area where you can store coats and shoes. Through into the main hallway, you will find the cosy lounge to your left with two comfortable sofas and a stylish armchair nestled around the television and a wood burner effect gas fire. Curl up after a day at the beach and unwind enjoying your favourite programmes or reading a book. Further down the hall is the dining room, which can comfortably seat six for a meal or to enjoy a family games night. At the end of the hallway is the kitchen which has been equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, plus all the basic necessities you will need to rustle up a hearty breakfast, your evening meal or a picnic for the beach. Upstairs there is a split level landing with the bathroom to the rear of the house and the bedrooms to the front. There is a double bedroom, a twin room and the third bedroom has bunk beds. All rooms are well proportioned and come with adequate storage for your clothes and belongings. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.

Externally the cottage benefits from a sun-trapped south facing courtyard garden with a concrete seating area and an additional lawned area. There is roadside parking available along the street but spaces can not be guaranteed. The nearest public car park is less than two hundred yards away where weekly permits are available.

House is in a great location but lacks equipment and home comforts. Wasn't as clean as I would expect it to be.

A Tardis of a cottage .. A great base for a holiday . 5 minute walk to town/South beach. Photos don't do the cottage justice .. Great outdoor space at the cottage .. New Patio.. Would love to come back .

The cottage was lovely and comfortable, had everything you need for a stress free break, only issue we had was a horrible smell, not sure if it was damp from the old mortar walls or the rug by the main door but it was very pungent and hard to mask All in all though we really enjoyed our stay amd thought the cottage was fantastic

Conveniently situated and cheap and cheerful. Be mindful there is no tumble dryer and no clothes airer either . Other than this it was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay

The cottage was clean and comfortable and perfectly placed, if you have a dog, as it was half way between the dog friendly part of South Beach (in season) and the town centre. On road parking is difficult as most of the space is given over to permit holders and rightly so, but there is a multi-storey car park (next to Sainsbury's) only a couple of Read moreminute walk away. Nice cottage with everything needed, luckily parking space just outside front door never moved the car all week as plenty to do in Tenby.

Lovely cottage, well equipped in a super location to enjoy all amenities. Only downside is the garden is being renovated, thus rendering it us unusable presently.
