Traditional terraced holiday cottage with garden space near the beaches and attractions of Tenby.

The property is located on a small terrace in Tenby and provides easy access to the town centre and beaches. Tenby North Beach is perfectly located and can be reached in just less than 1 mile. Enjoy a day on the vast golden sands looking out towards the iconic harbour and pastel-coloured houses. The town centre is a hive of activity with many popular independent bars, shops, and restaurants. You can be at the top of the High Street under 0.5 miles from the property and explore everything it has to offer within the famous town walls.

The property is accessed via five external steps to the front door - as you enter the property you are welcomed into a beautiful porch with a traditional tiled floor. Into the hallway, you will find the lounge located off to the left. The lounge has three sofas plus a tub chair - perfect to sink into at the end of the day and plenty of space for all guests to relax. There is Smart TV and Sky available for you to watch your favourite TV shows or stream a movie using your preferred provider. Further down the hall, you will find the country kitchen with range style stove and oven, under counter fridge and freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a table with a built-in bench and chairs - more than ample seating for a family dinner or a fun night chatting whilst playing board games. A TV has also been provided in the kitchen so you can keep up with the latest news or watch your favourite programmes while preparing your meals. Completing the downstairs is a utility room with a washing machine, WC and sink. Upstairs you will find three well-proportioned bedrooms - a super king room, a king-size room, and a twin bedroom. All bedrooms have ample storage for clothes and belongings and have been finished to a high standard to offer you a peaceful night's rest. The contemporary bathroom has a bath with a shower over the bath and WC.

To the exterior of the property, there is a small courtyard garden benefiting from garden furniture and room to store beach equipment. To the front of the property there is small lawned garden and some external steps taking you down to the pavement. There is on-street parking to the front of the property (subject to availability) however, the nearest public car park is less than 0.25 miles away.

Brilliant location 5 mins walk into tenby Lovely house, felt very homely. Very equipped for 6 people and a baby. Really enjoyed our stay. Negative is parking but we did find spaces round about..

Only 2 of us stsyed so plenty of room. Nice sized house for 6 easily. Nicely decorated. Kitchen well equipped & 2 toilets a bonus. Never used the lounge but it looked nice & cosy. Good location for town/beaches 15 min walk. Nice local pub round corner - Evergreen. Parking outside was hit & miss but spaces freed up quickly. Co-op opposite which is aRead more bonus for convenience but could be noisy early morning deliveries. House on busy main rd. Very nice ovrrsll though. Tenby great. Hide

The cottage was great the facilities was fine except the sofas The kitchen was well equipped but we didnt use it as we went out and did takeaways The bathroom was fine and well equipped Liked the downstairs toilet The beds were the most comfortable weve had in a long while in rented cottages The furnishings were of good quality but scatter cushionsRead more are the bane of my life but thats personal Parking was possible outside the property on 5 out of 7 days but alternative close by Hide
