There is a 9-hole golf club within walking distance and the local pub can be found in the village of Painscastle, less than 2 miles away. Hay-on-Wye (4 miles) is a lovely town with independent boutique shops, bookshops, coffee shops and restaurants.
As you enter the property, you are welcomed into the open-plan lounge/dining area, separated only by the original farmhouse chimney stack, creating a beautiful focal point for the room.
