The property is nestled down a quiet side street just outside of the town's famous town walls. A short, 500 yard walk will bring you to the five arches 'gateway' into the town centre with all its shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. There are four beaches to take your pick from, all blessed with golden sand. Boat trips run through the main season to Caldey Island where you can enjoy a day on its secluded beach and pick up some of its famous chocolate. If you want to venture further afield why not try Manor Park Zoo (3.1 miles) or Oakwood Theme Park (9.7 miles) for a fun day out for all the family.

As you enter the property you are welcomed into a light and airy hallway with the open plan lounge and dining room leading off from it. The lounge has a sumptuous L-shaped sofa and separate armchair centered around the TV with a Sky package and gas fire. To the rear of the room is a dining table for six and an additional three seater sofa. The contemporary cottage style kitchen is found to the rear of the property as well as a convenient downstairs shower room. Head upstairs and you will find the family bathroom along with three bedrooms - a double, a twin, and a single room. Upstairs into the loft, you will find the master suite with king size bed.

Externally the property benefits from a fully enclosed, three layer garden. There's a cosy patio area with a bistro set for two, on the second level another patio area with a dining table for six with a parasol and finally, on the third level, you will find a decorative gravel area and lawn with two relaxing chairs to enjoy the sunshine.

Really tastefully decorated cottage with all the amenities you might need. and close to shops/restaurants/bars. I especially liked my room in the roof with huge bed and loads of specs.
