It’s set in an idyllic location in the pretty seaside village of Aberdovey, which is host to a range of great outdoor activities including sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing. The village also has plenty of friendly pubs, restaurants, cafes, and independent shops to explore, alongside the renowned links championship golf course, a beautiful golden sandy beach and a wide range of events. Heading into Eryri/Snowdonia, landmarks include Craig yr Aderyn and Dolgoch Falls (both within 15 miles). This is an all-year-round destination with something to do for everyone.

The property is accessed via external flights of stairs which lead through the tiered garden and up to the front door. Head through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with mesmerising coastal views from the feature bi-fold doors leading to the spacious balcony. This beautiful light-filled space features a relaxing lounge with comfortable sofas and chairs, Smart TV, and a warming wood burner for cosy nights in. The stylish dining area is perfect for everyone to gather around and enjoy a fantastic celebratory meal which you can rustle up in the creatively designed kitchen, with superb coastal views. Why not open the bi-fold doors and let the outside in with a sea breeze and birdsong? Walk back to the hall where you will find the spacious and useful utility. Next door is the splendid shower room for a leisurely shower before bed after a full day out. At the end of the corridor is the ground floor bedroom, a super-king-size with beautiful views and access to the hot tub. Upstairs there are a further four bedrooms to choose from: three with super-king-size beds and a spacious bunk room with three bunk beds. All the bedrooms have been designed with your comfort in mind and a good night's sleep. Exploring this floor further you will find the fabulous bathroom with shower over the bath, and a shower room, perfect for a leisurely start to the day.

Outside you have panoramic coastal views from sunrise to sunset on the paved terrace with glass balustrade. Relax in the hot tub, with a handy outdoor shower, or enjoy the sun on the loungers. Enjoy al fresco dining at the table and chairs, and maybe light the gas BBQ, followed by a glass or two of wine as the sun sets. If you are bringing your bikes there is a rack to lock them up by the gas BBQ.

This is an absolutely superb house in the most beautiful location. Its an easy walk to beach and to the town of Aberdyfi, which has shops, a fish & chop shop and plenty of pubs and cafes. You can leave the car behind on this holiday. Saying that the hills above Aberdyfi in happy Valley are beautiful for walks and the steam train in Twywn is fun. This property is absolutely fantastic. The location is great in a very quiet area within a 10 minute walk into Aberdovey and to the beach. It is also really close to the train station from where you can travel easily to some of the nearby, more touristy locations, like Aberystwyth and Barmouth. The view from the property is just stunning. EverythinRead moreg you could need is provided. Aberdovey is a lovely little place, unspoiled seaside town not too commercialised. Hide

We had a wonderful stay at Eithinfa. The house is big enough for our large family group and had everything you could want in terms of facilities. It was a short walk to the beach, the train station and the town centre. And the view - well you could not get enough of that - rain or shine it was the constant focus of the holiday!
