This roomy property is situated in the small village of Cwmann near the town of Lampeter in the county of Ceredigion. The village is positioned in the Teifi Valley and is surrounded by beautiful Welsh countryside. Lampeter is a historic market town and is home to the oldest degree-awarding institution in Wales and has a rich cultural heritage and connections with the well-known poet Dylan Thomas. Cwmann and Lampeter are popular destinations for tourists who come to explore the natural beauty and cultural heritage of this part of Wales. Visitors can enjoy activities such as hiking, cycling and fishing in the surrounding countryside, or visit the beautiful Aberaeron Beach (12 miles).

This lovely house has been totally refurbished to a very good standard and has countryside views from most of the rooms. Enter into the kitchen/diner area which has an open feel and a large dining table to relax around. Enjoy a meal together here in the warmth of the wood burner. The kitchen has all you need to cook some meals together or rustle up a snack to take out for the day. There is also a useful utility room with a washing machine and a downstairs wet room with a shower and WC. The lounge has comfortable seating where you can enjoy relaxing after a long day and catch up on some TV. When you are ready for bed, there are five bedrooms to choose from upstairs: one double with an en-suite bathroom, one twin room, one bunk room and two further double rooms. To complete the accommodation is the family bathroom and a separate WC.

Head outside and find seating that offers the perfect area for al fresco dining, or perhaps for enjoying a nice glass of wine. Sink into the hot tub which is particularly inviting at night under the star-filled skies.

What an absolutely amazing place to stay. The views were fantastic and the property was a fantastic size especially having a large family. The owner was especially helpful and was on hand if needed. The hot tube was a massive bonus.

We all enjoyed our stay at Pyllau Crynion. The farmhouse was big enough to house two families. Evan was very attentive and showed us around the farmhouse and the farm. It is on a working farm, with chickens, horses and a cow. The kids enjoyed feeding and petting the animals. There are dogs on the farm. Outstanding Welsh views of rolling hills.
