Friends, family and the dog can relax in this stylish coastal bungalow. Make your way down to the shops, eateries and beach in the pretty coastal resort of Aberdyfi (0.5 miles). Situated along the northern banks of the River Dyfi, this picturesque harbour is home to a championship golf course (0.7 miles) and has miles of sand dune backed golden beaches. The Dyfi Estuary is a favourite for a range of water sports and activities including sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing, and Aberdyfi holds regular yachting regattas in the summer. There’s also a wide variety of independent shops, pubs and restaurants serving local seafood. The village makes a wonderful base for eager walkers, cyclists and nature lovers discovering the stunning area, an all-year-round destination.

Walk into the hall, hang up your coats, and go through to the gorgeous open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The space is filled with natural light from the feature window and has patio doors which open onto the garden. The lounge area makes an ideal space for everyone to sit back and relax at the end of a great day out with a comfortable sofa and chair, a Smart TV and gas fire for cosy nights in. The kitchen is a sociable space to rustle up a meal with your local produce purchases from the village. When ready, enjoy your meal at the dining table and plan your holiday activities overlooking the pretty garden and the estuary. When it’s time for bed, choose from two soothing bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, or the twin room, designed for a good night sleep. Take a leisurely start to the day in the stylish bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside, relax on the patio at the table and chairs with the charcoal BBQ going which is perfect for a morning coffee or an aperitif before dinner. There is also a further patio area and a lawned area.

Lovely hilltop cottage and even better views over the bay. Everything you need for a break. Will certainly keep in mind next time we are looking in the area.

Hafen Mor is a lovely holiday home with wonderful views across the estuary and beyond. The kitchen is well equipped with double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. It is well supplied with crockery, cutlery and glassware so you don't have to wait for the dishwasher to finish. . Everything is well laid out and is very comfortable. Fabulous accommodation, beautifully decorated and equipped. The garden is very pretty and great for our lab, though a dedicated escape artist would find it less secure. The views are great, courtesy of the steep ascent. Very comfortable beds and a nice bath to soak away the sand. Lovely holiday, thank you.

Great location with magnificent views over the estuary, parking is next to a separate garage 150 yards away. If you enjoy walking then this is the place to stay as the walk down to the village and beach takes only 10 minutes down a steep hill! However, the walk back up is challenging, especially if your carrying bags etc. The cottage was clean and Read moretidy with great facilities and had recently been decorated, great place to stay for long weekends or up to a week, can be expensive to shop locally! We had a fantastic holiday here. The bungalow was fantastic in every way, location, facilities, comfort. What a brilliant base to explore the local area with super comfy beds to come home to. We set our alarms to get up to stargaze - wow!
