This elegantly designed apartment is located just a few metres from the beach line of Borth’s Blue Flag Beach and is an ideal location to spend quality with friends and family making cherished memories. The 2-miles of golden sands stretch from the apartment to Ynyslas where on your way you will discover the iconic underwater forest and low tide believed to be the remanence of a 17th-century forest. Borth has an eclectic mix of properties around the town so well worth an exploration while you’re getting an ice cream or fish and chips. Should you require some retail therapy, Aberystwyth (7 miles) has plenty of high street and independent stores and a selection of delightful eatery’s which can be walked off with a gentle stroll along the 2000m prom taking you past many prominent landmarks and sights.

Head into this magnificent round building and up the large staircase which takes you directly into a wonderful open-plan living area with high ceilings and windows allowing light to flood in and fill the space. Here you have two comfortable seating areas one of which provides fantastic sea views across the terrace, whilst the other area allows you to gather around the impressive fireplace making it ideal for family card games, watching a movie or catching up over a glass of wine once the children have gone to bed. Any avid chefs in the group will find cooking and preparing meals an absolute delight in the contemporary-styled kitchen complete with a kitchen island for onlookers to sit and watch. Mealtimes will feel ultra special as you sit at the dining table placed at the centre of this striking home. All four bedrooms lead directly from the main living space each one complementing the beach theme interior with a touch of industrial style. Each bedroom offers a dressing table and ample storage for your belongings. The master bedroom to the front of the building enjoys floor-to-ceiling glass windows which provide some delightful sea views which can be enjoyed as you sip your morning coffee in bed. Two equally stylish and comfortable super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms are located at the rear with views out to the forestry. The final fourth bedroom is a twin room which is also located next to a little reading nook great for kids who want to chill out away from the adults. Two stylish bathrooms complete the property interior. Both are equipped with large double showers with rainfall heads, large hand basins and WC while the second bathroom offers a deep, free-standing bath ideal for those who like to have a quiet soak at the end of the day.

Two external verandas are provided. The front veranda offers tables and chairs to sit and enjoy cocktails as you listen to the sounds of the seas and reminisce about the fun times you had that day. The rear veranda makes a great space for alfresco dining with a large dining furniture set provided. Down the back steps storage is provided for bikes, body boards etc and an outside hose is useful to wash away the sand between your toes.

A perfect 5-star accommodation for a family holiday. The accommodation is much bigger in reality, Clean, tidy and adequately equipped. The hosts very friendly approachable and attentive. Decorated perfectly for Christmas our grandchildren loved it!
