This luxury lodge is located in the picturesque village of Hope, which is in the heart of the idyllic Shropshire Hills AONB. Shropshire is known for its beautiful and diverse countryside. Hope offers a tranquil and scenic setting, providing an opportunity for visitors to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. The area is a haven for walkers and there is access from the property on to the Stiperstones, a popular hill with trails offering stunning views across the countryside. The majestic Powis Castle (13 miles) is worth a visit to get an understanding of the history of the area and explore the beautiful gardens. Shrewsbury is 14 miles away, well known for its charming medieval architecture, scenic riverside setting, and rich history that unfolds through cobbled streets, Tudor houses, and the iconic Shrewsbury Castle. Head across to Church Stretton (19 miles), a popular town for walkers with the National Trust-owned Long Mynd being a real highlight.

This wonderful lodge is on part of the owner’s property but offers complete privacy and has been finished to a high standard throughout, ensuring a relaxing stay for friends and families in the Shropshire Hills. Make your way into your spacious rural retreat and kick off boots and hang coats in the well-designed entrance to the open-plan living space. The main living room is a lovely spot to relax on one of the comfortable sofas or enjoy a movie together as a group on the large Smart TV. Views from the lounge look across the enclosed garden and over to the Stiperstones. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for a self-catered holiday, and there is a dining table that will comfortably seat six. Moving back through the lodge, you will find the three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The well thought out design makes this lodge an idea choice for all types of groups. There are two king-size bedrooms which both benefit from an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a twin room and there is a bathroom directly opposite with shower over bath. Each room has been tastefully furnished and has luxury linens, comforting oodies and a Smart TV in each for those slower mornings.
The outside area has been transformed into a wonderful place to spend time together in the warmer months, and really makes use of the stunning countryside views. Steps down from the living area bring you on to a patio with garden furniture and a BBQ to cook and dine alfresco. There is a fantastic six person hot tub and summer house at the far end of the garden and is ideal for taking a dip after a lovely walk in the hills. The summer house has been set up with seating and space to hang your robes (which are provided), ensuring total comfort for you when using the hot tub.
