Large dog-friendly manor house in the heart of Narberth offering a spacious garden and en-suite bedrooms throughout.

The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Narberth. Narberth's eclectic mix of independent shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants is popular with locals and tourists alike and its central Pembrokeshire location makes it a fantastic base from which to explore the county. Stretch your legs with a walk out to Canaston Woods (3.5 miles) onto Blackpool Mill (4.5 miles), a popular circular walk bringing you back to town. Enjoy a day at the seaside at Amroth (6.5 mils) or Tenby (11 miles) or for a fun day out for all the family, try Folly Farm Adventure Park & Zoo (4.5 miles).

 As you enter the property you are welcomed into an inviting hallway with stairs up to the first floor. To the left of the hallway is the open plan kitchen/diner with an impressive 16-seater dining table, and a Smart TV. The kitchen has been equipped with an electric hob and double oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, plus all your basic cookware and utensils to prepare an evening meal for the group should you feel like a night in or a quick breakfast to start your day. Adjacent to the kitchen is a sunroom overlooking the garden - perfect to relax in or watch over the children in the garden. Back through the dining room, you will find the lounge, which has ample seating and garden views. There's a Smart TV provided so you can keep up with all your favourite programs or stream movies to watch together. You will also find two bedrooms on the ground floor level. The first is a family bedroom with a set of bunk beds and two single beds. This bedroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom or hallway corridor, has the use of a Jack and Jill family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, and WC. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for convenience in the family bathroom too. The second bedroom can be found on the opposite side of the hallway - an en-suite double bedroom with a double shower. Upstairs onto the first floor, you will find the other five bedrooms. All bedrooms have the benefit of en-suite facilities, storage, and Smart TVs. There are two double rooms, plus three twin bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms.

Externally there is a fully enclosed, lawned garden with outdoor seating and a plinth for disposable BBQs. To the front of the property, there is a gravel driveway with off-road parking for up to six cars.

A fantastic stay in a wonderful location. Everything is on your doorstep in the town. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed for the week and up-mostly it is exceptionally clean with comfy beds. If youre thinking about dogs the garden is secure providing your dog doesnt jump the fence as its less than 6ft high. Highly commended aRead morend recommended by us. This is a lovely house and was perfect for us to get together as a large family. The location is good for getting to the coast and we particularly enjoyed Saundersfoot. The house itself is spacious and had everything we needed.

15 family members of adults & children went for a birthday and was well presented and lots of room for us all. We had a amazing time the house was exactly what we wanted to bring family together & was enough space if people wanted to chill out, we went December and the house was lovely and warm & the Christmas trees set up were a lovely touch. We had a wonderful family holiday at Old Mart Manor. Despite indifferent weather, we found plenty to do, some lovely beaches, the children (12,13,14) loved being able to walk around the town on their own, best ice-creams ever! The house was perfect for us, plenty of space for a mixed generational group and we were sorry to leave.

The house was clean & had plenty of space. It was very minimal and functional in design and decor though so perhaps the odd homely touch would be nice. Although shops were nearby it would also have been good to have had a few games/books provided, soap in the bathrooms (just a small bar) & blinds on the bedroom windows as the curtains are thin. WitRead moreh preparing many meals over the week we also needed to buy chopping boards. The beds are comfy though & it was nice to have an en suite in each room. Hide

A Lovely sizeable home from home fab for a family holiday, suitable for all generations and abilities with two downstairs bedrooms to compliment the five upstairs ones, & an en suite with all. Nice size private rear garden, with two very large picnic tables so plenty of space for a bar-b-q, would have been nice to have more than just two garden chaRead moreirs though. Ideal house for large groups . Each bedroom having an en-suite is a big plus . Garden is smaller than pictures portray however there are plenty of fields at the rear of the property .

The major attraction before booking for a group of 16 was the en-suite facilities in all 7 bedrooms. A very cleanly presented house with plenty of parking space and a large comfortable lounge area. The centre of Narbeth is only a couple of hundred metres away and a large supermarket even closer.

Brilliant find! It was lovely big house that provided plenty of space for us all and the dogs! Location is great in Narbeth but also as a base to explore. House is well maintained and also plenty of parking. Nice secure garden for the dogs and Im sure would be great to have BBQs in warmer weather. Fabulous stay, thank you!

We would highly recommend this comfortable and perfectly located Manor House. It is newly renovated and in good condition. We were a group of 9 with 5 dogs and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was ample seating for all in the lounge and wonderful to have a second seating area for quite times. The kitchen had good facilities but a little on the smRead moreall side if everyone wanted to use it together. The en-suite bedrooms were comfortable, with plenty of hot water for showering. The house was a brilliant venue for a birthday celebration. We were 14 (adults and kids) and three dogs. Loads of space for everyone to sit at the long table and in the living room. Great for everyone to have their own bathrooms too. Excellent venue - we enjoyed exploring Narberth and the wider area. Would highly recommend.

The Old Mart Manor, is an exceptional property, set in a lovely town. Our group was only 8 adults, so we each had our own ensuite, which was just what we wanted. Really tidy and clean, with parking spaces for all our cars. Quiet neighbourhood, friendly housekeeper who quickly sorted out our little problem with a shower.

It was a fantastic place and we would definitely recommend this to friends and family. Great location and nothing is too far away. Great things for the kids to do and Tenby is only half an hour away
