A really beautiful property, kept in top condition! Very well equipped with thoughtful finishing touches like fresh flowers on the table and milk in the fridge. Recommend chatting to the very friendly owner for advice on local footpaths which are consistently beautiful but vary in quality!

Our stay was fantastic, the host was lovely and her little dog Basil is adorable! We booked very last minute and were pleasantly surprised when The Old Stables popped up; it was close to where we were needing to visit and very comfortable! Thank you to whoever mentioned the little church as that is what I used for the satnav!

A small, clean and pretty little place in a great location to visit lots of places - I'd recommend Symonds Yat for an amazing walk, Usk is a lovely village (with castle you can visit) and you can go for a horse trek at Severn Equestrian - where the ponies are all rescues and the girls are lovely. We had such a nice time - the kitchen had everythingRead more we needed, the property nicely laid out and a lovely place to relax after adventures. Tamsin and Charlie were friendly and helpful. Brilliant break Hide

A super little cottage for 2 (and a canine friend). We loved the private, rural location, it was so peaceful. There is plenty to do in the area, lots of lovely long dog walks to explore. All in all a great place for a restful break.
