This delightful old cottage is the perfect romantic bolthole for a couple that want a seaside holiday with all the home comforts and the opportunity to get away with their four-legged companion.

This charming cottage is an opportunity to explore Tenby and the countryside around it. Just 500 metres from North Beach, you can spend long afternoons sunbathing with the famous Goscar Rock in the background. Take strolls between Castle Beach (0.5 miles) and South Beach (1 mile) for views of St Catherine’s Island, or hop on the ferry from the harbour (0.5 miles) to Caldey Island where Priory Bay Beach is a Mediterranean-style haven. Colby Woodland Garden (8 miles) is a peaceful place for dog walks, as is Pembroke Castle (11 miles). And if you want an active holiday, head to Coppet Hall Beach (4 miles) where Good Trails offer stand-up paddleboarding lessons.

Leave coats and boots in the hallway through to the open-plan living area where country-style decor and comfortable sofas make for a peaceful place to relax in. Watch TV in the evening by the gas fire or eat at the dining table that’s perfect for two, looking out through the French doors to the garden. The compact farmhouse-style kitchen has an electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge, and has a bright and airy feel. Move through to the bedroom which has a peaceful atmosphere, with contemporary decor, a double bed and plenty of space for clothes. The bathroom has a shower over the bath among blue and white tones. Lastly, there’s a cupboard that houses a washing machine.

This cottage benefits from outdoor spaces at the front and rear. At the front, surrounded by old stone walls, there’s a sunny patio area with a table and chairs, while there is an enclosed garden to the rear with garden seating.

The cottage was lovely, exactly as described beautifully presented, stylish and comfortable. It was well equipped and provided everything you could wish for. The location was fabulous, only a few minutes from the stunning beach and a brief walk to the town centre. I can't recommend it highly enough.

On arrival, we thought WOW! What a lovely secluded property and safe for our miniature dachshund. The property had everything required for every day living. Very clean! Brilliant location. Smart-TV and great wi-fi. The pub opposite just up the road is only open to residents. Pubs only 10-15mins walk in Town and Restaurants. We parked in North-Car PRead moreark and paid 20.20p for the week via the Online App (paybyphone). We unloaded our car on the pavement (double yellows) at 5.30pm then moved it. Hide

Very pleased with cleanliness. Well equipped. Location excellent. 10 min walk to the pubs and restaurants. 5mins to beach. No parking at or outside cottage you have to go to North car park. 10 min walk. Ok if dry not so good if raining or carrying bags. Despite that one criticism I would certainly recommend.

Cottage was lovely - We stay in Tenby every year and have for about 12 years. Great place. Already booked the cottage again for 2023. Location second to none - so handy. We paddleboard so the outdoor space was great as it meant we could leave our boards up and outside - Felt very safe, secure and secluded despite being a stones through from the beaRead morech and town. Highly recommended. Hide
