This contemporary apartment with spectacular coastal views is perfect for a seaside family holiday with South Beach literally on the doorstep.

With the centre of Tenby a short stroll along the Esplanade, you can explore a good variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. The South Beach restaurant is in really close proximity and a place where you can enjoy a lovely lunch or evening meal. From the picturesque harbour, take a trip to the monastic island of Caldey to spot nesting seabirds or spend some time fishing. If you fancy getting in the water, why not have a go at bodyboarding, canoeing, sailing or waterskiing, or try some of the best coasteering routes in the world, full of jumps and swim-throughs. With four beaches to explore, children can exhaust themselves running free on the golden sands. Tenby also boasts two great golf courses: a championship links course at Tenby Golf Club and a parkland course at Trefloyne Manor, 2.5 miles away. Otherwise, head to Heatherton World of Activities, 8 miles distant, for karting, paintballing and treetop trails.

Climb two flights of stairs to this luxury apartment to discover a space that is contemporary yet surprisingly welcoming. The elegant interiors of the open-plan living space are complemented by floor to ceiling windows, creating a light, airy place for everyone to gather together. The large sofas are situated next to the sliding doors leading to the balcony allowing the sea breeze to sweep in. The kitchen area is well equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Set the tone with the internal music system which allows you to channel music to every room and enjoy the underfloor heating throughout. Mealtimes at the dining table provide spectacular views and on warm evenings open the doors to the balcony to enjoy your meals. When it comes to sleeping, there are two double bedrooms, the first of which has an en-suite shower room, with the second double bedroom and family bathroom completing the apartment.

Outside, the large balcony has fantastic views of the South Beach with a table and chairs just perfect for al fresco dining whilst listening to the sound of the sea on a summer's day. There is off-road parking for one car, and a shop and pub within 0.5 miles, as well as a restaurant and beach within just 20 metres.

Delighted with property, much bigger than expected. Very modern. Comfortable settees. Wonderful views. Felt very safe with gated access. Short walk into town, excellent food at restaurant opposite. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect location. Beach and restaurant on doorstep. Secure gated complex. Short walk to shops and more facilities. Pubs/takeaways/restaurants, Happy Holidays.

A lovely, clean, spacious, comfortable property, close to the South Beach and within easy walking distance of everything that Tenby has to offer. Lovely views of the beach from the front of the apartment. There is some noise from deliveries to the local restaurant during some days, but don't let this put you off, as there is always plenty to do in Read moreTenby and the surrounding area, whatever the weather. Lovely clean, well equipped good sized apartment on south beach with good sea views. We stayed over february half term and the main living area was cold on occasions due to tiled flooring, no fireplace for added warmth during winter stay and we could not control the heating. This has been reported to owners. Would go back as its in an ideal spot foRead morer all Tenby has to offer. Hide

End apartment, lovely inside but not much privacy. People look in from outside staircase from apartments opposite. We had booked for family 70th birthday and had issues with the blinds not working. They were not fixed for 3 days which impacted on our holiday. The apartment is ill equipped also. Very disappointed for the money.

Compared to a previous apartment we stayed in in the same building, this apartment felt unloved and soulless. Basic equipment was missing from the kitchen e.g: a serrated knife, measuring jug and oven gloves. For a high tech apartment I would expect to see a users manual. This was missing. Because the apartment was on the first floor every morning Read morewed find the furniture (and any washing wed left to dry outside on the airer) covered in debris from the apartment above. Lovely property in a great location. Only problem was lack of attention in cleaning - cobwebs on wall in lounge, in en-suite bathroom & wardrobe in 2nd bedroom. Also debris between cushions on sofas.

Beds too hard to sleep in. Lack of drawers in bedrooms. Patio doors, balcony glass and balcony furniture dirty. Generally feels uncared-for - needs some maintenance and improvements.
